Doctor Yildrum is amazing, and I knew that going in, but I didn't expect the wonderful support staff around him. Especially Ashley! She made me so comfortable and was so helpful and reassuring. . From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a very friendly front office and very efficient staff.

The Dr. 's assistants were great at making me comfortable and explaining what was going on and what was going to happen, before and after. I would give a 10 star review if possible!

Dr. Waters communicated how the procedure would go and what to expect. I had a tooth extracted three years ago and he never told me anything and hit me up with a surprise $400. Nothing like that happened here. His staff was very professional, kind, and caring. Everything was smooth and greatly appreciate it.

Working with Dr. Waters was very easy. He is very professional and good at what he does. He spoke really respectfully to my child and to me. I only had one issue when I called to speak to the front desk the day before and had some questions about medications.

I felt like the front office staff were disrespectful and not understanding of my questions about medications, and also unwilling to help me find the answers. The day of the surgery Dr. Waters answered the same questions very respectfully and clearly. I wish the experience from the day before could have gone as smoothly otherwise all went well.

Everything from start to finish was complete professionalism. Phone calls were returned quickly and with genuine empathy and care. Dr Y and his staff were so friendly putting my son completely at ease for his procedure. All appointments we had ran right on time. Would highly recommend this oral surgeon and his team to everyone.
