I don't understand why this office has such low reviews. I guess only grumpy people have written reviews so far. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very polite, once they called me in everyone was so nice, they explained everything before hand and made sure I was comfortable. My surgeon was Jason A DeWitt and he was such a great guy, very polite, knew what he was doing, and my procedure was quick and pain-free. After my procedure, my lips were very chapped and I made a comment that the only day I forget my chap stick is the day I need it most.

The lady that was there, I believe her name was Kathy or something along those lines (I'm terrible with names), offered me some of their own chap stick. She put some on a Qtip for me to use. She was very nice and caring. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a tooth extracted today. I thought the receptionist, the dental hygienist and Dr. DeWitt were all very nice, helpful and professional. I felt comfortable through the entire visit. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend them! I had a great experience!

I came here to get a wisdom tooth extracted. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Took a little while to actually get called back, but everything else was fantastic. Dr. Coates did the extraction and he was terrific. The procedure was quick and painless and cost much less than I expected. Highly recommend his office!

Dr DeWitt was great and friendly. He was patient with my 12 year old son. Now the front desk was very inconsistent. We had two separate appointments. First one no confirmation call. I still showed up with my son. All was fine. 2nd appointment they did call to confirm. With the 2nd appointment she discussed that they weren't in my network. Kind of last minute but kept the appointment anyway because other places were super booked up already.

Got to the 2nd appointment which I already knew had to pay 60% upfront. But then she said it's 3. 5% charge for credit cards but not fsa cards. Well I have 3 sons I already used 4k for my other sons braces. I don't have fsa money for the rest of the year and it's only January. She said I could write a check or cash. Like I have $760 in my purse. If I went to the bank would have to reschedule. Not great communication
