I have been a patient of Dr. Fabrizio since I was a child. I’ve had nothing but great experience's with him and the rest of the team. Jacqui is always so funny and helpful when I have any questions. Fillings today were quick and painless. Office is always super clean and the girls at the front are always polite and friendly.

I don't write reviews for just anyone. I don't waste my time unless they deserve my time. With that said, I've been looking for a Dental office that I feel comfortable in. One that I feel has my best interest when looking after the needs of my aging teeth. I'm 61 and I wanted a dentist that looks at my teeth as long term. A dentist office that puts a plan in place and is proactive and has a preventative way of looking at things .

It took me 10 years to find that and I found it with Orchard Park Dental. They are so much fun and funny as heck. The receptionists are so helpful, very attentive, super friendly, and always on the ball. Then you have Jackie who does an amazing job at cleaning teeth, she caring, funny, understanding, personable and takes time so you don't feel rushed. She is constantly giving you time to breath and make you comfortable during your cleaning. Jackie watches your que's when cleaning if you're having any discomfort she notices right away and adjust to what makes you feel more comfortable with her working on you.

Jackie has proven to be a definite asset to Orchard Park Dental and I look forward to my next teeth cleaning. Like who says that!! My only concern is after I post this review more people will consider looking at them to be their Dentist Office and make it harder for me to get the day's and times I want :). But in all fairness to them how can I not rave about them.

I had an exceptional experience at Orchard Park Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office is clean with a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Jackie (the hygienist) was thorough and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

They also took the time to answer all of my questions and provided excellent care. I highly recommend Orchard Park Dental to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

If you’re looking for a new dental location this place is terrible. The customer service is terrible and they do not monitor your benefits. Instead, they tell you it’s your responsibility to make sure the services they are suggesting are covered. This includes everything from simple cleanings and fillings to root canals . Every dental place I’ve ever gone to will confirm the service is covered before performing the work. Not this place, they will stick you with an invoice should something not be covered.

Also, if you’re sick and can’t make your appointment and you try to cancel with less than 24-48hrs they charge you. You could be on your deathbed and they would still make sure they got their no show fee from your estate. This place has terrible service compared to other great dental locations in Hamilton. If you’re looking for a new dental office I would suggest looking elsewhere.
