My opinion based on my real experience: Dr. Siegel provided me so called orthodontic services and advises December 2012 and August 2016. After he misled me and my spouse with regard to the treatment that he will provide me and charged thousands of dollars, it came clear that for almost 4 years he did not do any work on me for my orthognathic surgery. He he asking people to post excellent reviews on him. This is misleading and false advertisement. Realistic, reviews are deleted. After he , by not applying a simple orthodontic procedure in the view of my surgery for skeletal problems, and making me to spend tens of thousands of dollars in reliance on his lies, he ended up reporting himself to his malpractice insurer a year ago. Nevertheless, I did not see a cent back, similarly he never paid back my insurer (Delta Dental) back.
As of now: I need a new orthodontic treatment to do exactly what Dr. Siegel described but did not do, a new double jaw surgery. He had me in braces for 7 years and having me to undergo orthognathic surgeries I have to still undergo at least one year and a half in braces and to have reconstructive and corrective surgery or surgeries. In my opinion and based on my extremely painful experience and extremely costly experience with this orthodontist, I do not recommend him. He should be ashamed of lying, taking money that he does not deserve, and abandoning patients after he is injuring them. I was such a naive. I wish success to all who will go to Dr. Siegel.
Make your homework before. Make sure he is not sending you for surgery to Dr. Pradip Shetye (who will ask other thousands of dollars for the work that you already paid Dr. Siegel) and to Dr. Eduardo Rodriguez.

Dr. Siegel and his staff at Orthodontics of Maryland provide the best all around experience from the time you enter the office until the day you get your braces off. His love and dedication of his staff and patients keep me going back and sending referrals.

Dr. Siegel and his staff are wonderful. They’ve always been willing to work with our circumstances, they’re patient, answer all of my questions thoroughly and are great with my children. I was shocked to see a 3.
9 rating, but that was only out of 11 (I think) reviews. All but one review gave a 5/5. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone. The one that that is difficult is that when I am usually free to call - they’re at lunch and the phones are rolled to the machine 🤦🏼♀️

We have had the best experience with Dr. Siegel and his staff. They are always very welcoming and explain what the next steps are in the treatment plan. Our kids love going there! We recommend this practice to anyone looking for orthodontic care.
