Really appreciative of everyone here. Just went in for some pain to see what could be done and immediately helped take care of the problem. everyone was very nice and was very up front with all of the information. Nobody was pushy and just expressed concern for the patients well being more than anything, and let us decide what we were comfortable with. Very grateful to them for the work.

Even though the blonde lady at the front desk is somewhat rude, I avoided the problem by giving my turn to someone else, but the students and the doctors are the best. I don't remember the name of the student who attended to me at the beginning, she was the most kind, empathetic and professional, as well as the doctor who was with her.
I'm sorry I don't have her name in mind, but it was my best experience in terms of medical services that I have received so far and this despite the fact that she was a student. What kind of professional will she be when she is already a doctor? Front desk 3 star by the short-haired African-American lady, who was not the nicest, but was very professional

Never ever go there. Stupid people at the desk. Make you come back at the end of the line after filling damn sheet. They just want to kill 1 hr. I went there at 6:30 in the morning. The desk opened at 7:30 for registration. I have to wait until 8:40 to come in to pick me up. There is no one for supervision on those students who get you. At 10:30, he took me to the upper portion for extraction.
Before that, ukh other stuff. He made my hopes high to preserve my teeth. No supervisor came in even though I asked for one. I have to leave without extraction b/c he didn't know how long it will take for single extraction. Poor thing on top of that, I have to pay $7 for parking even lady at windows gave me $6 off. I left early, so the parking fee was $7. It will go up every half hour.

Was eight in line today and they sent me home with an impacted wisdom tooth with zero meds after walking me up for surgery saying all the spots have filled up, told me to call my dentist and see if he can get me in anywhere else, because (as I learned from complaining to an administrator) they have meeting scheduled for later today. So much for the hypocritical oath, huh? OSU Students are always great to engage with, but I OSU med is getting worse and worse interns of customer care and they do not GAF about pain management. I paid $181 today to waste 4 hours of my time in pain, an Xray, and to have to start all over again.
THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY evidently doesn't have the time or energy to take a wisdom tooth out for a patient in pain. What a joke.
