Please believe the bad reviews. This establishment can be so unprofessional. They downplay your pain and don’t respect your time at all. Doesn’t matter if you are scheduled and come right on time or not, you will be sitting in the exam chair for up to an hour just to be seen for less than 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

There’s only one dentist there who is consistently overbooked and frivolous with his patients. I’d definitely look into other dentist options in the area. I know I will be.

Took my 15 year old today for her first appt there at 9 am on 4/8/25. Got there around 8:40am and doors were locked. They say they open at 8 am. No problem we can wait. Some guy shows up and unlocks the door and goes in around 8:50 am. So we go in at 8:58am am. We waited until almost 9:15. No one at the front desk, no one came to check if anyone was in the lobby after unlocking the door.

Also, only heard the guy I assumed that just walked in, in the back hacking and coughing the whole time we waited and opening a bunch of equipment I assume since I heard plastic ripping and movement. I decided to leave cause what in the world? I'm an understanding person but this was crazy. I'd give zero stars if possible. Idk how they have good ratings. Also, my appt was definitely at this date and time. Had confirmation texts to prove and I confirmed it.

I was visiting Ohio on a business trip from Seattle when I experienced a dental emergency. Dr. Haider was exceptionally attentive and accommodated me on short notice. His professionalism and expertise immediately put me at ease, and his staff ensured I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in for a root canal and I was honestly very scared at first. But from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and supported. Everyone was so friendly, and Dr. Haider was very kind and gentle with me.

I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Haider, Sabrina, and the whole team! You all made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate your care and professionalism!
