I wasn’t a fan. I brought my kids here. First they mildly got hateful with my 2&3 year olds because they couldn’t keep their masks up the way they felt they needed to be. Then they expected me to sit in a car while my kids went back one by one. I only got to go back because my youngest wouldn’t cooperate. Once back, I had to let them know my son doesn’t talk because they kept asking him questions, not listening to me when I said nonverbal, then when my son was done they sent him to the waiting room.

I was still in a room with my youngest and they sent my son ALONE to the waiting room to wait for me. Mind you, yes it was closed, but people were still coming in and out. Then when all was said and done they didn’t give me the school form I asked for, or even the doc excuses. I had to request them AGAIN. The only reason I give them two stars is because one of the nurses that did 2 of my kids was super sweet and friendly.

Had my first appointment (after neglecting my teeth for too long). Mary was compassionate and encouraging and work a literal miracle in my mouth in just 1 hour. While I can't say I'm excited for my next appointment, at least I'm not scared.

My daughter has only been there twice. Her first visit the receptionist was very rude. But I ignored her and we continued with our appointment. The second visit was mediocre. Today I called to make an appointment for a cleaning for my daughter and they ask for her name and immediately say she needs to find another dentist she can't come here anymore. . .

I asked why and she tells me she missed her appointment a week ago. Mind you an appointment that I wasn't aware of that had to be made over 6 months ago. So excuse me for not remembering something from that long ago. But you too are excused for not sending a reminder. But it's no biggie a new dentist is not hard to find. So our feelings are definitely not hurt. Have a blessed day!

This is not the place if you need emergency care. Walked out in more pain than walking in from the sheer lack of anything resembling any desire or effort to help. Even with assured immediate cash payment, I left no closer to relief than had I just stayed home. I was the only would be patient in the building, so it wasn't because they were too busy.

They simply lacked the want or will to help. Don't waste your time with this place if you need immediate care.
