I have been coming to this office for many years and have had seemingly no problems with my visits but the most recent one has been the most disappointing. Needless to say, I no longer trust Dr. Liu with the health of my teeth.

I can't recommend this dental office enough! It might seem unusual to get your teeth cleaned or visit a dentist in a place like Pacific Mall, especially since their office used to be located where the Peking Man restaurant is. However, this practice has been a beloved staple in the community for over 25 years, and they recently moved to their current location without compromising the quality of care. My parents have been loyal patients for over 25 years, and I've been going for the past 5 years. Dr. Liu is an outstanding dentist—she is not only incredibly experienced but also genuinely kind-hearted. Her gentle approach makes every visit comfortable, and she quickly diagnoses any oral health issues, such as cavities. I appreciate how efficient she is with repairs; I’ve never had to wait long for treatment.
The office is equipped with an x-ray machine, which adds to the convenience of getting everything done in one visit. Diana, Dr. Liu's dental assistant, is also wonderful—she is friendly and makes the experience even more pleasant. Katy, the receptionist, is bubbly and welcoming, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. One of the best aspects of this practice is the pricing. For those without dental insurance, Dr. Liu charges around $100 for a dental cleaning, which is very reasonable compared to other dentists in the area.
Don’t let the location deter you; my teeth have never been healthier, and I’ve had no issues with the care I’ve received. I understand that some people may have had different experiences, but I can confidently say that Dr. Liu is amazing compared to other dentists I’ve visited. She treats her patients like individuals rather than transactions, which is a refreshing change. The office itself is very clean, and they take sanitation seriously, ensuring that everything is properly disinfected. They even have a private washroom for patients, which adds to the overall comfort of the experience.
