The hygienist (Madison) was thorough and friendly. She answered all my questions. Only complaint was the 22 minute wait but hopefully that isn't the norm, we'll see during future visits. Plenty of parking and easy scheduling.

First visit to this dentist. Dentist was really nice, professional, did a great job explaining my treatment options in a price conscious way. Experienced and well trained. Answered all my questions! Check in process was long, past medical history form was cumbersome, and asked for my SSN (!) and insurance details—dental insurance is confirmed online each time, just knowing insurance name, and DOB. Receptionist was friendly, but would be great if she acknowledged people when they walked in, so you’d know she saw you despite chatting for another few minutes.

Hygienist was nice, but man I don’t like the industrial water pick she used to clean my teeth. Water mist everywhere! I wish she’d looked at my chart before the visit. Didn’t dry my teeth w gauze before applying F treatment, and it tasted yucky. But dentist seemed great! And was able to reschedule just 2 weeks after having to cancel for bad weather! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this office. They're quick, efficient, and their customer care is top notch. I was nervous because I used to be a patient with Mountain Family Dental and this place took over for them. I wasn't thrilled that they weren't accepting my insurance right away and had to wait a few months before they could. However, the experience, was worth it. They called me when they were finally able to accept our insurance and they set me and my kids up for our next cleanings. When the cleaning dates were near, they not only emailed me, they also texted me my reminders which is super helpful, as I'm an individual who doesn't often check his email.

My 13 year old son who dreads the dentist and has sensitive teeth, didn't complain once about pain or discomfort so that's saying a lot. My dental hygienist (Erica) was so pleasant. Not only did she not shame me for rotten looking mouth, she found spaces where I could converse back to ask me questions about me to keep my mind off of what was going on and made the experience as painless as possible. I went back a week later for some fillings, and Dr. Murphy and his dental hygienist Monique were amazing. Asked if I had a preference of music I'd want to hear, and we all got to talking while they worked on my mouth. Dr.

Murphy is super personable and so are his associates. Shannon at the front desk is also friendly and accommodating. So far I'm pretty impressed with their soft touch to the tooth and customer care. Keep at it Park Forest Dental.

BY FAR the most responsive and amazing dental office staff and dentists that I have ever encountered! I can not even begin to say how unbelievably helpful and caring everyone is at this practice! I called many practices around State College to find someone willing to fill a cavity for my son who was a PSU student. Everyone told me "no" because he wasn't their patient. Park Forest was so kind and helpful and agreed to help him out. Emily in the office was a god send and helped me get all the info and paperwork done for him ahead of time so it was all ready to go.

Her communication was truly incredible and she was so kind and understanding. My son went to his appointment and it ended up that he needed way more dental work then he told me. So the Dentist spent a significant amount of time talking to him about it and then also (with his permission) called and also shared all the info with me. My son liked this Office and Dentist so much better then his Dentist at home that he drove back 3 hours after graduating to see them and have then do the rest of the work.

He said that he had never had a Dentist spend that much time with him and explain things so well. I wish we lived there because my whole family would be going to this practice. I do have another Son that lives in State College now and I highly recommended he go there. They are AMAZING!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
