Dr. Pizzano is really the best dentist I’ve ever had. Truly, I can’t say enough good things about him, he’s an angel and he’s so caring, kind, and very gentle when working on you. Embarrassingly, I had severe decay from a multitude of things (who’s ever heard of a 25 year old needing 12 extractions?). For years I kept being sent to awful dentists and I had so many traumatic experiences my anxiety would not allow me to go until I had multiple abscesses, facial swelling, fevers, and I didn’t have a choice anymore because the antibiotics I would take at home weren’t working anymore, and even then I had to get dragged in by 2 people to go because I was so scared. The first time I saw him was the first time I was seeing a dentist in 8 years. I was expecting to be berated and humiliated for my bad teeth (like other dentists have. ) But he was really kind to me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all.

And he was really gentle while looking around my mouth. He actually made sure to recommend me to an amazing endo to get the extractions. Those 2 would make the best dental team if they ever got together. Just yesterday I had my front teeth fillings done. And he did an AMAZING job! He worked really hard on it and made sure to take the time to match the color PERFECTLY. And when he does the numbing shots you can hardly feel them. He actually uses the thinnest needle possible to cause the least amount of discomfort too. I’m sure it’s also his technique that makes it painless too.

When he told me he was about to do the shot, I was actually waiting and didn’t realize he finished it until he walked away and my mouth was numb! And the last visit he did 4 fillings and I fell asleep twice while he was working on me! Someone like me who’s had to be put under because my anxiety was too bad or stuck in the soundproof room as a child because I was the terrible patient, I never thought it was possible I could actually be at ease going to the dentist. I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pizzano. If it weren’t for him I’d probably have died from a blood infection because I’d rather deal with the pain than face the dentist. A true godsend.

I have had very good experiences @ this Dental Office!!!. . The dentist himself is very kind n gentle w/the patient (myself). .

He always explains what he is going to do n the way I should feel etc…I got my impression on my gums here for my new dentures…he took a perfect impression!!!…My dentures look so nice and I have had to go back for adjustments…my mouth feels great💯💯!!!!…I’ve gotten many compliments on how I look now,straight,normal and a pretty 🤩 smile!!!…I’m very happy 😃 w/ the care I have received here. . My photos will show how the dental work turned out!!

I read the reviews before going to this office. . . some bad some good. Decided to take a chance. Little did I realize that the reviews were not recent. I was already attending an office in the same building and I decided to go check it out. First visit was so so. There is this older man there that seems relatively capable very rude and has gotten on age. He did a very small procedure on my tooth and basically messed it up. I went back. . . . the other Dr saw me and fixed it. He's good. Since then I had an incident with another tooth and insanely went back there. Not good. The older man who answers the phone needs to go home and accept retirement. I find him to be very rude and prejudiced.

How dare him insult me. Out of all the Doctors and procedures that I've had done and doing "He" is the bad apple in the bunch. Well. . . . needless to say. . . . I switched offices. Note. . . . I have very good insurance and have had the most expensive medical issues sorted by them with never no issues. So the story he gave me after writing my note on the back of a piece of paper and not calling me back for 6 weeks then proceed to insult me and my insurance is grounds for me NOT recommending this office. They need a proper receptionist/ assistant and another Dr in office. Oh. .

. . then ends off with. . . . "we have other patients. . . . " Meanwhile. . . . the other office immediately responded and said, "Oh yes. . . you have good insurance, and they'll see me right away.

Whoever the guy is who answers the phone has horrible bedside manners. And yes it's the same older guy from the other rightfully bad / critical reviews. The last time I called after having root canal x rays sent over he told me he did not get them. In reality they were, in fact, sent over a day prior. I had found this out after my call with him when i called the root canal place back. After telling me he did not get them he followed it up with a very condescending "okay?" And hung up. But don't worry, you won't experience it much as this place is borderline impossible get a hold of.

It's shameful, really. Even more shameful that someone like that is also the owner. That man needs to either get an attitude adjustment or straight up retire. He's apparently been this rude for a whole decade and probably longer! If you want to waste your time, choose this place! Its not worth the whole song and dance just to be disrespected. Disgusting. I'd give it a zero if I could.
