Office is very unprofessional. My first visit they were going on and on during my cleaning about how under staffed they were and how they were having to use office staff to do clinical care. A comment was made to me about how a patient had the audacity to complain about their wait and said they had to be somewhere. Ironically, I was the patient—though I did not complain.

I simply asked how far behind they were running and advised them I had a work meeting I needed to be back in time for and told them the time, while asking if they would be able to see me before then or if I should reschedule. The amount of time I allotted for my appointment should’ve been more than sufficient had they been on time. They habitually run 30+ minutes behind schedule without any communication of this to the patient. The last cleaning I had, the dentist wasn’t even available for my exam, so it got skipped.

Now that I’m having a dental emergency, I called the office only to find out my dentist retired in November and the office failed to notify me so I could find a new dentist. The office staff said he sent an email, however, no email was ever received from their office. Again, very unprofessional.

Everything was done wonderfully. I needed a crown put on and Dr. lovely was able to help! I love all of the workers there, they’re super kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Horrible experience, will not return. The staff are rude the dentist isn’t the nicest and they filled 2 cavities without even numbing me and then I ended up having to get the work completely redone because I still had a cavity under the fillings. They didn’t even drill the cavity out…beware

I had scheduled an appointment to get established because my previous dentist was not in my DHMO network. My previous dentist told me in December that I had 8 cavities, and I brought this up when I called Parkway to make an appointment. When I got in the chair, they asked if I was experiencing any pain, and I mentioned some sensitivity with two of the cavities that my previous dentist had already filled. Everyone up to this point was perfectly welcoming and hospitable. When I first met Dr.

Lovely, he didn't even introduce himself and just got right down to business, which involved more scare tactics than I would've preferred. He took a bunch of pictures of things inside my mouth that no other dental professional has brought up, and he was saying that he wanted to take out the filling and completely redo it. He also said I might need a root canal for something that has never bothered me. I think he was trying to find possible causes of the aforementioned "pain", but it's literally just discomfort related to the cavities I had filled in. My wisdom teeth have never been an issue for me and he told me that I needed to see an endodontist for a consultation about getting them removed.

He never mentioned anything about 6 other cavities that I supposedly have. He scheduled me for a "deep cleaning" to address tartar I had on my teeth, or something like that? I'll probably go to the cleaning and then find another dentist. It was a jarring experience for a first appointment.
