The Richters and the staff are the best. Family business and family feeling. I am so glad to have such great dentists and hygienists. I would recommend them to anyone who is not happy with their present dentist as well as those that are "afraid", as this practice will definitely put you at ease.

Dr. Richter is by far one of the best dentists around. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, professional and passionate. As a patient who has many difficulties and has limited mouth opening due to scleroderma, Dr. Richter takes his time, makes sure you are comfortable, is transparent through any process that needs to be done, and treats you like family.

I whole heartedly highly recommend Dr. Richter. Him and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. The hygienist are also very knowledgeable and diligent. They also make sure the patient is comfortable and leaves with a clean, sparkly smile!

I have been a patient of Dr. Richters for over 30 years. As someone who has had more procedures than most will in a lifetime prone to decay due to poor genetics- I can tell you from experience, there’s no one better. There is not a tooth in my mouth that hasn’t received dental intervention by Patchogue Family Dental. I still have all my natural God given teeth and they are beautiful.

I receive CONSTANT compliments on my smile and I owe it all to Dr. Richter and his team. They are gentle, compassionate and they take the time to do what’s best for the patient rather than the practice. There is no place better.
