I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. So much so, that I haven't been to a dentist in probably 20 years. I needed an emergency root canal. I went to see Dr. Francica. His assistant Victoria was wonderful. Dr. Francica explained everything he was going to be doing. He was very gentle, professional, and very patient with me! Thank you Dr. Francica for making this a pleasant experience.

Wow. . . what can I say there is nothing like getting billed for a cleaning you did not go to for an appointment you did not make yourself. . This cookie cutter dental group has some of the rudest billing team staff I have encountered as a consumer. I was billed 75. 00 for a cleaning appointment I did not make.

There was no prior notice or confirmation of appointment prior. These crooks have no issue taking your money and charging customers inadequately. Dental equipment is outdated, technology is lacking and attention to detail is minimal. I got one of the worst cleanings in my entire life and would not reccomend. Felt like I had a cavity and they rushed me out prior to close stating it was all good. No thanks, never again my mistake for giving this "organization" a chance.

From the front desk, to the talented hygienists and dentists; their team is equipped to make you feel comfortable while delivering the highest quality care possible. My experience with Karla was nothing short of incredible. She is a talented hygienist and her bedside manner is impeccable. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist.

Great experience! Staff is courteous and very pleasant! Dr. MacKay was excellent, knowledgeable and caring. Staff actually followed up with a phone call the day of the procedure to see how my wife was feeling. I would highly recommend this dental practice!!
