I don’t write negative reviews often,, but felt it necessary here. We were very disappointed with our experience trying to schedule dental appointments at Peachtree Hills Pediatric Dentistry. My wife had already made an appointment for two of our boys, but the office later called to reschedule, stating that they only see teenagers in the afternoon. This policy is not listed anywhere on their website, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. My wife is a mother of four young boys—including a newborn—my wife carefully plans appointments to accommodate our family’s schedule.

Having the appointment changed after it was already confirmed made things significantly more difficult for her. Clear communication and transparency about scheduling policies would go a long way in improving the patient experience. Unfortunately, this lack of clarity has made us reconsider whether this is the right dental office for our family.
