I drove 45 minutes to get to the dentist office and they only spent 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. My teeth were poorly cleaned and I commented to them only for them to say “we have 30 years of experience”. This place just wasted my time. Do not recommend.

My wife called to make an appointment for me for pain I was having but when I got there said they did not have me listed. They did take me just for the doctor to take a look at me. I will need to possibly have a root canal but they were not able to do anything but to put in a temp filling.

I was appreciative of in being seen but I really wish the doctor would have done more that day so I wouldn’t have to wait 1 1/2 weeks to have it done.

Made an appointment 2 months ago for a cleaning. They did X-rays and told me I had to come back a 2nd time for the cleaning. (Never had this happen at any other dentist). My cleaning appointment was cancelled the morning of because they didn’t have a hygienist. It’s been over a month and they still don’t. I understand the process of finding someone and training them and stuff.

But over a month?? So I called to get my X-rays emailed to me so I can find somewhere else to do the cleaning. Not sure who answered the phone but she was so rude. Cut me off mid sentence twice. Everyone else there was super friendly. Just a very frustrating experience when all I need is a cleaning.

Illusive Konceptz

Let me start by saying that I would have been a new patient. After having to call multiple times to schedule my appointment due to never getting a call back when leaving them a voice mail. Finally got my appointment scheduled after calling four times. I received a text message telling me that they were unable to see me on my appointment date the morning of my appointment.

Things come up I understand. The text message advised me to call their office and reschedule after leaving three separate voicemails with no return phone call after nine days, I drove to their office to reschedule in person. I expressed my concern and was greeted with a nonchalant attitude like oh well! you can wait another 20 days for a new appointment however they won't do any type of repair during that appointment. they're booking treatment in late April at this point.

terrible customer service. They are not taking into consideration that I have a broken tooth which is why the original appointment was scheduled that I had to wait 20 plus days on and it was canceled. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend continuing to look versus going here
