Bailey was kind, patient and thorough and gave me good tips to keep my teeth healthy and clean. First time I met her, and unfortunately, she is moving to a new office (Surfside Smiles), which will be newly renovated. Go see her at the new SS (will be east of Business 17). ! It is not easy to enjoy your time at the dentist, but I did with Bailey😊 Honestly, I have had a great experience EVERY time I come here.

Much prefer this private practice to the corporate dentists who are typically "salesy. " dental care at Coventry told me I needed three crowns and yet the fabulous Dr. Cox here at Surfside Family dentistry was honest enough to tell me I don't! Stay away from those corporate dentists.

Surfside Family dentistry was a wonderful experience ! I can give 5 Stars to the Dental Hygienist Lindsey 100% who did all my new patient x-rays and also did my cleaning. She was gentle, gave me a peace of mind and did a excellent job. She was mindful through the whole process asking me if I was good and she was communicating with me the whole time. I am new to the area, and had been somewhat afraid to look for a new place to have my teeth clean out of fear because my family back where I grew up, where in the field of Family Dentistry.

The hygienist, has always been key for me and she exceeded all expectations, with the background I was raised in, with what I had experienced in my years growing up and who worked on my teeth. I honestly can say, I am very happy to ventured out and find someone like Lindsey and how good she did her job with such professionalism, this was a big deal for me. Lindsey, made it a smooth transition ! It was great ! She did an amazing job ! 5 STARS AGAIN !!

Do not have an emergency, they leave no time for you even as established patient .... have had more than one bad experience ... horrible place if you have emergency, they might get you in within a week. Love Dr. Cox, but this place is run absolutely horrific. Bye!!! Found a dentistry with compassion and skills.

Seemed far more interested in selling me future work than actually cleaning my teeth, never did get my teeth cleaned as technician (Christy) insisted I sign up for future treatments before she would clean my teeth? Christies bedside manner was lacking to say the least. This experience felt more like purchasing a used car than an actual Dr visit. Can’t comment on the dentist as I never did see him/her. When I asked why she wouldn’t clean my teeth without getting the additional treatments she told me it would be like changing the oil in my car when I needed a new engine.

My gut is my insurance was billed for my teeth to be cleaned. Over all experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. . lol
