My daughter came in to have a tooth pulled. She was really scared. It went perfectly. She felt no pain and had a great experience. The whole staff was so sweet to her and knew how to take her mind off of the procedure.

Very happy with the work that was done on my son, and Dr. Karr was absolutely great to deal with, but they are very difficult to work with insurance wise. After 6 months of notices from delta dental that they are denying claims due to inaccurate billing by the office they finally billed my insurance properly from previous visits. Then we come to find out that their estimate for insurance coverage of my child's surgery back in March was almost 45% less than what was actually covered. They just take what your insurance states is your max coverage for the year and use that. I just found out they don't run a preauthorization unless specifically requested.

So this "estimate" that they give is completely unreliable. Yes it is labeled on the bottom of the treatment plan that this is just an estimate and plans vary, however for it be that big of a difference is pretty significant. Considering they are not in network with any dental provider, why would pre authorizations not be more of a standard procedure? I can't be the only one with estimates this far off. Then to top it off, which made me most upset. They send me a bill 5 weeks later stating we still have an almost $900 balance because of their incorrect estimate, plus leftover balance from billing issues from 6 months prior and it must be paid within 90 days of my child's service that was in March. So we get a surprise bill of close to $900 and they are already giving us only half the normal time to pay it.

It has just been extremely difficult up until this point to get any definitive payment or insurance answer. Also, another update. They just called and said they will not see my son for his follow up if this balance is not taken care of before his appointment. Even though we are still within the 90 day window to pay. Extremely unprofessional.

My kids have been seeing Dr Karr since they were toddlers, and I'm so happy we began their dental care here. They've always enjoyed going to the dentist. Everyone in the office makes their visit enjoyable and something they look forward to. I recently noticed a possible cracked/broken molar after my daughter finished some orthodontic work. The office got her in the same day. Dr Nisha was amazing.

She explained three options we had and didn't push for one over the other. We decided on the option we thought best for my daughter. The office was able to accommodate us and complete the work in that same appointment. Dr Nisha showed me the work after and explained what to look out for. We love LMK!
