My 5 y/o is comfortable here which has been hard to find a dentist where she is. The staff is friendly and helpful. Appointments have been fast, and the office has a calm/home feeling. I recommend to any parent who has a young one especially a young one who gets anxious going to the dentist!

I’ve been going to pediatric dental center since I moved to Michigan 5 years ago. We’ve loved their service and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately our last visit was our first bad experience. My daughter was called back for her cleaning only to come back out a few minutes later with the hygienist claiming that my daughter “threw up”. My daughter had not exhibited any symptoms before then nor did she say she wasn’t feeling well.

She sat in the lobby and drank some water while we waited for her brother and she was totally fine. When I asked if she can still be seen today, the receptionist and dentist claimed that we had to wait two weeks to reschedule according to their “policy”. I was shocked and disappointed. Even if a kid got sick at a school it would be at minimum a 24 hour wait period not two weeks! I highly recommend they revisit this said policy. After going home, my daughter ate and drank completely normally exhibiting no symptoms.

But we still have to wait two weeks for her rescheduled cleaning which made us bump her appointment for braces. This was very inconvenient and honestly incredibly inconsiderate of busy parents with tight schedules. Not to mention unrealistic with gauging kids illnesses, especially considering it’s a pediatric center.
