Amazing experience. I went with my 3 kids, aged 4, 3, and 1- so you can imagine not the easiest situation. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. The technicians and dentist were amazing.

They gave the kids silly glasses for the bright lights, chatted and sang with the kids, and let this mom take pictures to document the whole experience. The overall experience was very endearing, thorough, and honestly easy thanks to the staff. I’m definitely going back.

We are new to the area, and having worked as a dental assistant at both a general dentist office and a pediatric office I wanted my son to go to a pediatric office. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, and doctor, EVERY SINGLE LADY was extremely nice, welcoming, and were amazing with my son.

I 10/10 recommend this office with Dr. Austin and her amazing Ladies! A huge thank you from the Donald family!

My daughters both go to this office doctor Austin is amazing so great with the kids they love coming here which is a plus for me cause they hated the dentist before coming to this office! The one assistant Jen is very sweet 😊 I am very happy with this switch we made if you want your kid happy after a dentist appointment go to this office it’s the best !!!

I had the worst experience here and will never be coming back or recommending anyone I know to this office. My daughter needed a tooth extracted and the only option offered was anesthesia until I said I did not want to do that and then she mentioned keeping her awake but I could tell she wasn’t happy about me choosing that option. The next day we go for the extraction, so I thought. We get there and I ask if I can go in with my daughter and was told no and I stated she’d want me there and front desk said no. If the dentist needs you then she will call you. Which is CRAZY. My daughter is 5 and doesn’t know this dentist as we were referred.

They work with her maybe 5-10 minutes and then dentist comes out to talk to me and tells me that she is not going to do it. I asked if we can try with me in there since I knew she was scared and she shakes her head. I keep insisting and then finally she says well you can talk to her and we can see. I go in and they maybe work with her for 2 minutes and as soon as my daughter made an uncomfortable noise, she removed the Cotton pad out of her mouth and said yeah I’m not going it. We went into her office and she said I am a pediatric dentist and we do not traumatize children. You’re asking me to traumatize her and I will not. Never did I say traumatize my daughter.

She again stated she could do it with anesthesia or general anesthesia at a hospital or I could go somewhere else that “would do it the way I wanted” I asked to be in the room and she was noticeably annoyed. Dr Austin had no patience and in my opinion only wanted my daughter to be under anesthesia. My daughter asked for me and they said no. This is unacceptable and I have never been anywhere where I wasn’t allowed in with my daughter. 0/10.
