Terrible, terrible experience. My son was scheduled for an extraction and left screaming, holding his face, crying in pain. They were not going to put numbing cream on my sons gums prior to putting the needle in and when I asked, she said “oh, do you want me to do that?” Then when the doctor starting rocking my sons to the back in forth, my son started screaming at the top of his lungs in pain. The dentist did not seem to care and when I asked if my son should get more numbing. He rocked his toothed two more times and pulled it out.

My son sobbed in pain immediately afterwards and the doctor kept telling him to “close his lips” and the assistant has the audacity to say “it probably just feels weird”. Felt like I was in the 1800s watching my son writhe in pain while a tooth was ripped out of his mouth. THE WORST.

All three of my children have been seeing Dr. Levitt since summer of 2024. We enjoy the front staff. There was an issue with my middle kids insurance because he has three insurances and the lady fixed it right away and our balance went to zero after insurance was done correctly. I loved that their names were listed as new patients when we first started.

They absolutely loved that. They all received a price for being cavity free. The doctor and staff were amazing. We will continue to come back every six months.

I cant thank Dr. Leavitt for his practice! He has completely changed the way my girls see the dentist. Had our 1st procedure today and it went so smoothly! He really cares about the patients experience! He made sure nothing was hurting my daughter during the procedure! Made me almost tear up to see how comfortable she was during the whole thing! Ty team!
