What a garbage place. First, it's dirty. Second, the staff and the doctor are rude and do actually nothing. They try to make you come back a different time for everything so they can bill you multiple times.

My son had 2 cavities. Made me come in for an exam then to fill them but didn't tell me they would only fill one at a time and never asked which one hurt him or anything, then got nasty with me when I said something. Go somewhere else. They do not care about your kid

I was with my son in front . We wait 20mint. After 20mint she saying she can't see her bcz they're in lunch. I told her ill wait bcz he has a school paperwork to do. They telling others people to come after lunch. I told her can I come after lunch she say no . I don't know why they do for others people not for my son. I thing I don't speak Spanish. That's why i don't have they Opportunity.

Horrible the new staff do not pick up phone calls nor do they return messages. My son had an appointment on Oct 11,2022 we were told by i doctor to call back in a week if we were not able to remove a concerned tooth within that week. its two weeks later today 11/04/2022 and i am still trying to get a hold of them.

I will be seeking further Tx else where, this is unfortunate because the doctors and assistance are wonderful.

Update: I'm not sure why but there are different doctors, none of whom I have ever seen or worked with before. My previous experiences were good. But this new dentist i do not like. She was rude did not say a word to me when she examined my childrens teeth. The assistant told me what was going on She walked in looked and walked out insanely unprofessional. I wont be returning.

My kids and I have always had very positive experiences here. Everyone is polite and friendly. Dr. Shah is wonderful and so is everyone else who assists her.
