The place was very welcoming and polite. My hygienist Tom was pleasant and always attentive. If I had any questions he was well knowledged and answered my questions. Dr. Pirok is always pleasant, and open to questions if I had any. I have recommended Pennsylvania Dental Group to all my friends and they too have had great experiences there.

Needed a new dentist after my old one stopped taking insurance. Every cleaning and appointment I have had here since then has been wonderful. Every doctor and staff member has had great chairside manner and scheduling/billing has been a breeze. Even for more stressful pain caused visits they’re wonderful

After speaking with the office manager who reached out to me to address my concerns brought it to my attention that I never had a conversation with the lady I spoke of previously. Short and sweet- the lady who answers the phone that I spoke with in May and yesterday is not friendly which made me write this review. Again, smile when you answer the phone. Like I tell my staff and even myself when I feel like my energy is off at work, if you don’t like what you do find another job. Your tone, mannerisms, and delivery is always off. Thanks for recommending google I was able to find what I was looking for. Luckily, I am not an older patient who is not computer saavy because “you can google it” wouldn’t been the best response. The other lady I actually interacted with the day of my visit needs additional training as well.

She was holding a phone conversation which is fine but not once did she say good morning/afternoon, thanks for your patience how can I help you. It was what’s your name. I actually started off with greeting her first then proceeded to give her my information. Girl greet people first before asking for their information. You never know what one is going through be kind always! Kim thanks for always being pleasant! Keep smiling. Continue to go above and beyond. You are amazing and always have since you started. Even over the phone your tone and delivery is where it needs to be.

Even when I don’t stop at the desk when leaving you always make it a point to say thank you or have a great day. That last visit I def. noticed you were not there. When I left no one said anything. Your customer service is A1 and you’re always professional and knowledgeable. Everyone who works in the back is ALWAYS amazing!!!!
