After have had lung cancer surgery, i was unable to use my CPAP comfortably. In comes my visit to Dr Fox. This appliance is a game changer. Dr Fox and her staff are so caring and knowledgeable. My sleep apnea is almost nonexistent after using my new appliance. The fit is perfect and i am resting so much better.

Everyone in the Harrisburg, PA PDSM office has been incredible. Every encounter I've had with them - whether via email, phone, or in person - has been flat-out great. Dr. Fox, Bryant, and Abbey have been universally kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I've worn multiple kinds of dental appliances over the years, since I have severe nighttime biting and grinding along with severe sleep apnea.

This time around, I did a lot of reading before my first appointment and thought I knew what appliance I wanted. That product turned out to be unavailable (it hasn't been approved in the USA yet), but Abbey and Dr. Fox both went to a lot of trouble to research it for me and to communicate with me every step of the way. Dr. Fox also worked with me to find the right appliance, based on my needs and my hesitations about the materials used in some of them.

Bryant explained every part of the process carefully and patiently and helped me adjust to the new appliance. It's been working extremely well for me so far; in fact, the first night I slept with it, I got a better night's sleep than I can remember *ever* getting before that. Overall, I've been extremely happy with PDSM and strongly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a dental appliance to help with sleep apnea.
