Dr. Allison and her team were extremely accommodating and professional. I brought my daughter in for a dental emergency and they saw us right away. Katie Zachardy, the practice manager however, was extremely rude and I’m not sure why I had to meet with her other than to collect payment but she was of absolutely no help. She was again rude, and condescending. Could not answer my insurance questions and instead of trying to help she got an attitude with me. 0/10 would recommend her but would recommend she take a behavior class if she wants to continue a career in a professional setting.

Dealing with a young patient and nervous mom she showed zero compassion. . disappointing to say the least. In response to your reply: Check out your other bad reviews. They shed light on what your "practice" is really about. I'd also like to add at this time they tried pushing an unnecessary cosmetic procedure saying my daughter would need some sort of place holder for the tooth she needed pulled. On second opinion- had this happened 6months to a year ago yes, but should be fine without it.

Also. you blew a hole through my dads face with your laser when you were re doing his teeth a few years back. This whole office is a scam. Past employees have said the same, not only about the overall attitude of staff members (KATIE in particular) but that you suck in general. Great day to you.

The staff and dental providers at Perfect A Smile are absolutely the best. They are always kind, informative and professional, and provide excellent dental care. Dr. Alison, Stephanie, Marilyn, Dawn and all the staff make our boys feel at ease and work hard to accommodate busy schedules.

It is very convenient to have dental and orthodontic appointments in the same place. They do so many cute and clever things for kids to keep them engaged and feel comfortable whenever they come to the office for an appointment. Their dental dollars rewards program with prizes and gift cards is awesome and makes those frequent orthodontic visits feel better. We highly recommend Perfect A Smile for the whole family!

I’ve been a patient of Perfect-a-Smile for approximately 20 years, and can’t speak highly enough about Drs. Richard, Kim and now Bridget. As someone with complex dental issues, I trust their care and judgement implicitly.

In addition, the entire care team and front-desk ladies are professional and friendly. No one really enjoys going to the dentist, but this team can be trusted and are there to provide exceptional comfort.
