Went in for a teeth cleaning, was seated at 2:23, and never saw anybody ever again. Walked out at 3pm, will never return. They put you in a large ‘shared’ procedure room. So the entire 30 minutes I had to listen to a child scream through a filling drilling. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

i would give 0 stars if i could i just went to get my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed. After getting 4 shots and waiting for the numbing to kick in the doctor comes back in and says we’re gonna start. for context, they dont take my insurance so i couldnt get anesthesia. Now I dont know the name of the doctor who I had this experience with but he was an older asian man who said he had been doing this for 30 years. I didnt feel completely numb so I asked if I could get another shot or two.

He said no and said we were gonna start, so I asked if it was gonna hurt at all and he said I wont feel any pain just some pressure. He made one incision and I definitely felt it. Wayyy more than just pressure I felt the whole cut so I moved my head and told him it hurt. He asked what it felt like and tried to go back in to continue. I backed up and said “You said I wasnt going to feel the pain” and he proceeds to throw the scalpel down and say “We’re done here” and storm out.

Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. The nurse and receptionist who helped me were very kind. But I would NOT recommend going here.

Very happy with the service here, we accidentally got the time wrong and came 1 hour late and I was still able to get my wisdom teeth removed without rescheduling. The anesthesiologist and oral surgeon were very helpful and nice, great job guys!

My sister went here one time for her fillers and they literally came out the next day, today my sister went here to go get her wisdom teeth removed and they broke off one of her fillers in the process, very unprofessional! will be switching dentists now!
