I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Clemente and his staff during a recent visit with my niece. The women in the office are very warm and friendly, and Dr Clemente is so kind and professional! Most importantly, my niece loves him…and her teeth look amazing!

My family had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr Clemente at our normal Orthodontist's office where he was filling in at. Dr Clemente is clearly incompetent and should have retired decades ago. My daughter had surgery two months ago to remove a baby tooth and expose an adult tooth, which a sort of pulley device is attached to and tightened monthly to bring the adult tooth up where it belongs. Dr Clemente pulled way too hard and broke the chain (I have an X-ray from two days prior showing the chain was clearly attached to the tooth). His response was "I should have just left it" and walked away.

Beforehand he was more interested in asking staff what the dress code was in that office rather than looking in my daughter's chart or asking us any questions. Our orthodontist's normal assistant looked horrified, and gave the impression that she could have done the job that Dr Clemente failed at. This caused us to have to return to our oral surgeon immediately. We refuse to ever see Dr Clemente again. I wish I could leave zero stars.

He shouldn't be seeing patients anymore. My daughter left the office in tears. Horrible experience.

Waits are over an hour, staff will ask you to keep coming although you’re done with treatment. They’re “flexibility” with their hours allow them to “open late” on a random days and “close late” on others making it inconvenient when scheduling appointments months in advance because these hours are implemented last minute and not communicated effectively ( not by email nor by phone). The NEW front desk ladies are unprofessional as they will rather fight and bicker with you than help you find a solution to the issue.

Personally, I would just avoid the headache.

Extremely unprofessional and made me incredibly uncomfortable during my FIRST appointment. Repeatedly called me “baby” and said I was already “too beautiful” and he didn’t want to make me “more attractive. ” I am a college student and this was my first Orthodontist experience on my own. I made a follow up appointment and cancelled the next day because of these inappropriate comments.

I will not be returning to a medical provider that makes comments like these when first meeting a patient. Similar comments are made about children in old Facebook posts; I would not bring younger people to this office.
