I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with my experience at the Philadelphia Lip and tongue tie Center. I initially wanted my daughter to have her tongue tie procedure at this facility, but my experience with the front desk staff, particularly with a receptionist named Megan, has been nothing short of infuriating. After scheduling our appointment, I had to cancel due to my insurance not being eligible for this center. I was actively battling with my insurance provider to resolve the issue.

Once I finally obtained a new insurance plan that your center accepted, I was hopeful about moving forward. However, when I called to reschedule, Megan had the audacity to try and charge me an extra fee because I had to cancel previously. She even went so far as to blame me for the situation with my insurance. This is utterly unacceptable! I am a parent trying to do what is best for my child, and instead, I am met with blame and extra charges for circumstances beyond my control.

This experience has left me questioning your customer service and commitment to families seeking care. I expected a more compassionate and understanding response, especially given the sensitive nature of the procedures you perform. Happy Teeth is Southampton is a bright, modern, and welcoming facility. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Singh is competent and kind.

He went through every detail of my son’s lip & tongue tie release. While there was a lot of information to go over and it was challenging to see my son go through the procedure, I am so happy that a week after he is showing great improvements! I cannot recommend working with this organization enough. I will be back once my son has teeth and is old enough to see a dentist!

I found Dr. Amar through recommendation from Delta Dental. After looking over the website and reading reviews, we brought our 3 small children in to be seen. We could not be happier with our decision. Dr. Amar and his staff are incredible. So professional & caring! They took excellent care of our children, & us as concerned parents.

😌 We cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Amar, Megan, & Nicki are a dream team. The office is adorable and immaculate. The care, patience & knowledge are everything you’d look for. We look forward to their next visit in 6 months!

As a mom who does her research, this is where we decided to take the hour trip to get the procedure done. It was recommended by my lactation consultant. There’s a comfort knowing this is specifically for tongue and lip ties. The procedure took literally one minute. Daughter barely cried. They have a lactation room to help calm baby down after if needed.

Dr. Singh is very personable, patient, and gentle. He makes sure you feel comfortable with exercises and gives his cell number to contact him anytime with questions. Overall, this worried mama with a less than two week old felt much more confident leaving than when she walked in.
