I am not from North Carolina and have been looking for a good Dentist for a cleaning for a year. I called them for an oral examination x-rays, and a cleaning due to being in pain. They took 18 x-rays and the dentist poked my teeth, claiming it was an oral exam examination, and then they said after they took my x-rays that they could not clean my teeth, which was the whole point of me going to the appointment. I was so upset not getting my teeth cleaned.

My father helped me try to pay for something. I was not happy with. They gave me a hard time saying that that might not be my dad and it might be my boyfriend trying to pay. I was an extreme amount of pain and no one was listening to me, saying that I really needed my teeth cleaned due to being an ABA THERAPIST getting yelled at for going to the dentist, taking off from work and have no time to take care of my teeth as I help kids with disabilities because these ABA companies don’t care.

The woman in charge said my granddaughter has autism and doesn’t even act this way. I was so uncomfortable I walked out the door to the point where I left my backpack behind and had to go back and was forced to pay for things that didn’t even help me, and I ended up having to go to endodontist who actually helped me in my pain.

The VA sent me here for my dental care and to have a set of partials made since I didn’t have my front 4 teeth. I needed A LOT of work and the month of March was busy but it was all completed and my partials were made! They are all amazing and care about how you look and feel.

Between matching the shape and color and having every detail right. I picked them up earlier than scheduled and I am so happy! My daughters and husband are all just as happy and love that I have my smile back!!

Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in quickly to evaluate the damage and make a clear plan for repair. As someone with a high level of dental trauma and anxiety, I was incredibly nervous but Darby, the hygienist, made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her calm, compassionate approach was exactly what I needed. Dr.

Scott was thorough, gentle, and professional, taking time to explain everything and ensure I felt informed and cared for. The entire staff, from reception to treatment, showed kindness and professionalism every step of the way. Highly recommend Piedmont Dental. From care to comfort, they’re a 10/10!
