I went there in hopes to get a root canal, the endodontic, said he was absolutely sure he could fix the problem, but when I called the receptionist said ihe would try , but not true! Hmmmm so which is it?? Tell you anything to get your business! But for some reason I get an email telling me they were going to terminate their services? Why ? I still don’t know why? Was it racism? No answer was given! And they took my money! Refuse to send all of it back! No service no money!! In response: I only asked the question it was ok if he thought it was not a good procedure for me! I was not looking for him to perform that very procedure, but if he thought a root canal would be better, then I would have to go with it! Not flat out, and say to find someone else! Again I only asked the question not looking for him to do that! And I still need all my money back, So I can afford to go somewhere else!

Karen was wonderful on the phone making my appointment and super friendly when I arrived. First impressions matter!! Dr. Vagnetti was professional, informative, warm, and I felt very comfortable. His assistant that gave me an x-ray was very nice, although I only had a short period of time with her. I would highly recommend Piedmont Endodontics.
