Waited an hour with my 3yrs old for her six months routine check up. Not friendly at all. I won't be back for sure. They don't respect people times at all. Insurance verification could've handle a day prior or when they sent the link to add all the patient personal info. Seated in the lobby for 1hr, than I have to wait an additional 30 mins inside to see the dentist.

This is not the place to go if you want quality one on one treatment. The wait is long in the wait area. There are children running around and it shows that the business is mainly geared towards children and braces. I took my elderly mother here who can’t sleep with a toothache and that was not addressed.

I had to ask for meds while she wait for a follow up appointment which is almost 3 weeks away. I would not recommend this facility.

I cannot recommend Pine Dentistry orthodontics enough! My 14-year-old daughter got braces, and we are thrilled with how amazing her teeth look already. The transformation has been incredible! The staff is incredibly accommodating and has always made us feel welcome, even when we've missed appointments due to our own scheduling mistakes. They have been understanding and worked with us to find suitable alternatives that fit our needs. Everyone at Pine Dentistry is super friendly and knowledgeable.

They are always ready to answer any questions we have, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am so grateful for the excellent care my daughter has received. If you're considering orthodontics, this is the place to go!

My sister found this place and booked our dentist appointment. I gave them my insurance over the phone but when we came the first time, I was told my insurance doesn’t cover the cost so I had to leave. I came for my second appointment and my insurance finally covered my dental cleanse but my appointment was rescheduled. My sister called to reschedule our appointments and we got July 3rd at 9am as the day was free. Two appointments for me and my sister.

We called the day before the appointment and the appointment was confirmed by Raymond. I took the day off and came to the hospital and Serene said she rescheduled our appointment to September 5th. How do you decide to reschedule our appointments without confirming with us and why does the appointment have to be rescheduled anyway? We took the day off work and drove all the way only to be told our appointment is rescheduled whilst when we were booking the day was free. How is our appointment an overbooking if it was booked over a month ahead? How many times does my appointment have to be rescheduled before I can check my teeth. Pine dentistry does not value time and their non Hispanic clients.

I and my sister will therefore not be going back. I have cancelled all future appointments as well. It is unfair to have our appointments given to other patients. We are all important & equal and should be treated as such.
