The management of this office was horrible. They provided incorrect information about providers being in network, took months to process a physical check, and then confirmed an account was paid in full only to send it to collections with zero notice and not a single statement sent. If they ever open again, avoid at all costs.

My friend had a terrible experience here. In January, she needed fillings, and they did them but now she is in severe pain. When she went back, they realized her tooth had been infected all along something that was visible in her original X-rays taken in January, but was completely missed. Instead of properly diagnosing it and recommending a root canal back then, they just filled the tooth, which made things worse.

Now the infection has progressed so much. The Dr. James Clark didn’t recognize the mistake, didn’t apologize, and showed no concern for the financial and physical pain this has caused to my friend.

My friend had a horrible experience at Piper Glen Dental Group with Dr. James Clark. She went in for routine, expecting a simple procedure, but it turned into a disaster. The dr didn't notice her teeth were infected and told her that she needed just fillings. The fillings were done incorrectly, leading to an even worse infection. Now, she’s in even more pain and needs a root canal to fix the damage.

The care she received was completely inadequate, and the mistakes made were unacceptable. She shouldn’t have to suffer because of poor treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—she deserved better, and so does every patient. Piper Glen Dental Group needs to take responsibility and fix this.
