Dr. Guarnieri and his team are excellent and bring dentistry to an art form. I've had the opportunity to experience other dentists in my lifetime and have to say that this is the most professional group that I have ever experienced. Like most people, I HATE dental work of any kind but have come to look forward to being treated respectfully and virtually pain-free by Dr. G and his team.
Dr. G takes as much time as you need and informs all decisions. Honestly, couldn't ask for better dental care.

I was so appreciative to be seen by Dr. Guarnieri on a Sunday afternoon and during the holiday season for tooth discomfort. Dr. Guarnieri has been our family dentist for many years.
He always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I also appreciated how quickly he was able to connect me to a dental specialist for additional evaluation. I am thankful for his professionalism, compassion and care.

Dr. Sam Guarnieri’s office is a hidden gem. I’ve been to the office for a very thorough consult, cleaning, crown replacement, front teeth cosmetics, and he even came in on his day off for a broken tooth. Yes, I grind my teeth, but Dr. Guarnieri is doing so much more than fixing the damage. . . we’re on a mission to stop the grinding.
Dr. Sam loves his profession! He has a close-knit staff, consistently friendly and helpful; they are people that you want to be taking care of you. All charges are presented upfront so no surprises. Easy to find office, big parking lot, clean and comfortable waiting room with TV and drinks (but I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes). I highly recommend Dr. Guarnieri and everyone in that office. So glad I found them!

As a young aspiring dentist, I have been fortunate enough to spend quality time with Dr. Guarnieri and his team. From the very first time at the office, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome both by the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Guarnieri is extremely knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure each patient understands what he/she should do in terms of treatment plans and procedures to ensure all future health risks are negated.
He is truly caring, not only about each patients’ oral health, but their general overall well-being. I have not come across a more passionate dentist. He takes the time to provide the highest quality of care and appreciates the trust that each patient gives him. He has great rapport with everyone in the office and creates an amazing culture with his team members. The highest recommendation to Dr.
Guarnieri and everyone at Pittsford Dental Excellence. I hope to one day perform dentistry to the ability of Dr. Guarnieri. He’s the best!
