Wonderful experience! Such a warm, family oriented practice. Having not only a wonderful dentist, but also great staff, Trish at the front desk & the dental assistant, Kim makes all the difference. I also brought my 5 year old daughter for her exam and Dr. Gina is so thorough and wonderful with children. A+ all around!!!

I was in some pain and called Dr Gina. From the moment someone answered phone till time I left office I was treated great. Dr Gina and her staff are the best. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to come here.

**Unprofessional Office Management** My husband and I have been patients for over 15 years and have always had a trusting relationship with this practice. However, recently, I felt misled by the office management and disappointed in the dentist. In 2024, we switched to a new insurance provider. In December, we arranged for our routine cleaning. After our visit on December 26, 2024, we learned that our new insurance only covered a tiny portion of our bill. We inquired with my insurance company why there was such an out-of-pocket amount.
I was told we were out of network with this practice. We were never informed of this information by the office manager. Had we been notified of this, we could have avoided significant expenses. Given our long-standing loyalty, I was surprised by the lack of communication and support once I voiced my complaint. As a result, we decided to find another dentist.
