Tech argued with with Samir about procedure while she worked on my mouth. Made me feel uncomfortable with how unprofessional they were behaving. They also spam text you “specials” once they have your number. Edit to reply: Thank you for further demonstrating the lack of accountability in your office.
Your response generates more excuses for a poor patient experience than it does accept responsibility for the events that occurred and the experience a patient had. I did not feel comfortable or safe during the procedure to speak up. Even if I did it would be hard to do so with my mouth propped open and tongue displaced back. Additionally I did not consent to receive text messages and replied “STOP” to every single message.
Only after the third time receiving a text message and replying “STOP” each and every time would I call these unwanted messages spam; consequently, prompting the poor review and a full explanation of my experience at your practice. Please do not diminish my patient experience. You could have simply been more patient focused and used this as an opportunity to re-train/professionally develop staff instead of argue.

He is a very irresponsible dentist and does not care about his patients. On July 8, I went to see him for an infection, and he told me he would send me an email about treatment in a few days and that he would refer me to a specialist. I was never sent that email and he didn’t even give me a prescription! I went back to him on August 5, and he finally gave me antibiotics and told me to come back a week later. After getting looked at, he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t accept my insurance anymore after August 1! He could have addressed my issues that whole month but he neglected them! Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
Do not go see him for dental work. I am very unsatisfied with his service.

Highly recommend Dr. Patel! He is a quality, honest dentist. I came to him after a chain dentist told me I needed over $1k worth of work, including a crown, and I wanted a second opinion. He got me in right away and it turned out that I only had one small cavity and didn't need a crown. Over the years, he has been a non-judgmental dentist who listens to your concerns and does quality work.
He is patient and explains things cleary. Most importantly, he does not try to push unnecessary work or products on you, which seems to be a rare trait to find in the local dentists nowadays. If he says you have a cavity, he will show you the cavity on the x-ray and give you a print out showing the procedure code, what insurance pays, and what your copays are. He does not do more work than you need, and he is very transparent about everything. He also has good availability, can fit you in for appointments quickly, and has very helpful and pleasant office staff.
The office staff is great at dealing with insurance too. My whole family sees Dr. Patel because he is so great!
