Couldn't tell you how the doctors are at this office, because I didn't even get that far. But if it is anything like my experience with the front desk, it has to be lousy. One of the ladies at the front desk was so incredibly rude, and I mean offensively rude to me over the phone. I was floored by the way she was talking to me. If the doctors allow someone like this to work for them, then they must support this type of patient abuse.
On top of it all, the day prior, I requested a list of ingredients/materials used in the night guards that they make and they could not tell me; in fact, they told me to google it. I just couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and customer service. Unbelievable.

Dr Plotnick has been our family dentist for over 20 years. Moved away and tried new dentist closer to new house. They told me I had 11 cavities and wanted to schedule months of expensive visits. I immediately went back to Dr. P because he’s the most honest, reasonable, professional and caring dentist!

I've been here twice for routine dental care. Both experiences have been great and the staff is always very friendly. Today I had just a regular check up/cleaning and was in and out in under 30 minutes! Both times I have left with a "goody bag" of a tooth brush, mouth wash, and tooth paste. No complaints!

Dr Carl has been our family dentist for almost 15 years. He and the hygienists in the office have always been great. The office has a convenient location. I have no complaints, but I only wish there was more online interaction (bill payment, appointments, etc). We have been through a couple of small cavities, an extraction and other small oddities. Everything has always turned out well.
