Been going here for over 8 years and never had a problem yet. If you are late for your appointment you will wait until they can see you between the later scheduled appointments. Common sense. The staff is kind, understanding, and very professional. Will continue coming back With my child and any future child as well.

Made appointment for my son to get flu shot. They canceled appointment on me. Then I reschedule for another time in the day after I have to take off work to do so. My son then ends up getting a fever before going there. So we get him tested and have been waiting three days for results. All this place is good for is a trip to the morgue.

The staff are friendly and professional. I dont understand why others had a bad experience at this facility but I haven't had a problem yet. Even when showing up late to an appointment. They fit me right into the next availability which was less than a 10 minute wait. Dr. Hamilton is a great pediatrician. You're in and out of the place. Overall it's a great clinic and staff.

i went here for a few years and my doctor ignored all my problems. it was obvious she was just doing it for the money and had no care whatsoever. i listed obvious symptoms and she sent me for tests that had nothing to do with anything. i switched doctors a few months back and immediately i got diagnosed properly within days.

i can go on for hours for how medically neglected i was and i am so upset to this day. i could’ve quite literally died if i haven’t switched doctors. 0 stars (ps they switched building and are at 447 plaza)
