Love this place! They always do such a great job. Desiree was fantastic did such a great job making sure my teeth look perfect! And the assistant Jessica was very nice too. Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my children to Smiles for Keeps for more than 15 years, we started in the Scranton office. Recently my children (now 16 & 21) started going to the adult office for their visits. The office staff possess zero customer service skills. They neglected to inform me about inactive insurance due to my son being a college student and then demanded payment before he left the office. The team refused to allow for me to contact my insurance company to update their records.

They could care less about loyal clients and treat patients with no respect. I did speak with Georgie, supervisor, who stated she will speak to the staff. Regardless of that, I'm extremely upset with how my family was treated and we will be looking for a new family dentist. I would not recommend.

The dentist is an entire horror movie for me I am terrified of even a cleaning because of past experiences. . . . . . yesterday I went to these guys because there amazing with my kids. Everyone from check in to check out in between are great . . . . they were delicate,patient, super understanding I went in with uneven teeth and came out with straight teeth as the dentist said he does not rush he is an artist. .

. . love this team I have a long road but I can't wait to see the end . . . . if u fear dentist please come here dont let a bad experience stop u from the smile u want. I now can smile in pictures . . . . . THANK YOU !!

I love this place so much! I’ve had braces for a long time now and every time the staff was very friendly. The current orthodontist, Dr. Matt, is amazing! He’s kind and funny, supportive and likable. He offered to do a debond for my braces because I have prom soon, and it touched my heart how nice someone can be.

And Nabria too, who checked on my braces last time and recently. She is super sweet and supportive! Explained everything clearly and well, and congratulated me on my way out. The ladies that checked me in were supportive of me always when I accepted doing the debond. Everyone is amazing, and the overall environment is friendly with great vibes!
