Our entire family has been with Dr. Frank for years. He is the only dentist my wife will go to. He is professional, thorough, and super friendly! He will set you at ease and let you know step-by-step what to expect and his work is superior. The staff is excellent and just as friendly. You cannot ask for a better place to go for your dental work.

0 stars!! Horrible experience with my fiancée who has been going there for years but is now is currently in a wheelchair. Rude customer service. lack of awareness , compassion or empathy for others who are experiencing unusual circumstances. As people who work in the medical field they should be better trained on diversity. Will not be going back there!

FIVE stars all day long, professional, friendly, polite. The Staff is amazing. Dr. Frank is amazing, they know everyone on a personal level, like family. The office is welcoming, very clean and organized and makes u feel at home. Highly recommend!!!!!

He should not be doing dental work on anyone. The first thing he does when I get called back is start berating me indirectly about my weight. He told me he knows I eat sugar at night. Told me he just knows my doctor has told me I’m pre-diabetic. THEN tells me I need to pray to god daily that he can save my teeth. I only have two teeth left on top that are completely broken and decayed. They cannot be saved. At all. I told him I would like them pulled so I can have a full plate of dentures on the top, and his response is I’m the dentist.

Not you. I will decide what needs to be done. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I don’t understand how he is still able to practice. The old lady who I’m assuming is his wife was just as rude. I will be filing a report with the dental board and the better business bureau. He’d be lucky if I don’t file a lawsuit for defamation of character.
