The staff is so lovely and welcoming! Also, the dentist at this practice is amazing. I had a chip in my tooth. As soon as I told the office, he fixed it perfectly right away and made me feel better and relaxed during the whole process! I couldn’t ask for a better dentist/practice! They are all very professional and take great care of their patients!

I had an appointment set up that I couldn't make it to that day, 4. 5hrs prior to the appointment. . . I left a message explaining that my car wouldnt start and that I'd like to set up another appointment. . . . . The voice mail stated that they were closed. . . 2 days later, I called back, and not only did the receptionist tell me I needed to give 24 hrs notice for a cancelation, but she insisted they were open, she denied that the v. m. said they were closed, she denied receiving my v. m. at all, and she even insisted that I didn't call the same place.

THEN. . . when I set up the appointment again, she had the audacity to ask me if I was gonna cancel on the same day as the appointment again. 😤 It was Nothing but Deflect, Blame, and Deny, and it was an insult to my intelligence. THEN!. . . . 3 hrs later, my insurance company calls and tells me the dentists office dropped me. . . . A SERIOUS Complaint was filed. Absolutely unexceptable. Smdh🙂‍↔️

Had a last minute emergency - broken tooth, just before an international trip. The Precision Dentistry office was extremely accommodating in finding me an appointment to look at it and hopefully get it fixed before my trip. Front desk was very polite and professional. Dentist Alex did an absolutely amazing job fixing my broken front tooth, while other dentists previously told me that if broken again, they won’t be able to fix it. Not Alex - he did it perfectly!.

Can’t even tell now that it was broken. No pain, very gentle and professional treatment. Will definitely now be switching to this dental office.
