A wonderful staff & impeccable dentist, Dr. Terri Brown

I took my daughter there for a second opinion after being consulted by a pediatric dentist, and was told by Dr Brown she would be able to help my daughter she had visits where insurance was billed and had to pay out of pocket money as well! Skip ahead not even a full year and all my daughter’s teeth that Dr Brown had supposedly fixed was coming apart and looked awful. She told me she just bit off more than she could chew and referred her to a pediatric dentist.
When asked about a refund she called me after I had hung up already and her denying the refund to call me back and accuse me of being a liar and several other things. My insurance refuses to pay for any of the corrections that have to be made because it’s been less than a year and they already paid for those same exact teeth to be fixed.
Worst bedside manner and refusal to do a refund even though she knew her work didn’t hold up is ridiculous. This wasn’t years of wear and tear it hasn’t been even 5 months since we were there last and that tooth has to be fixed as well!

Nice staff but very expensive. Every tooth she put a crown on is now having to be pulled or root canal. The only plus is she does sedation before procedure. Greta Handshoe
