Disappointed by Front Desk Experience I was excited to try this dental office due to its diverse team of dentists, but my experience trying to book a new patient appointment was extremely disappointing. When I called, the receptionist immediately told me she was the only one working and had another new patient on the other line. I told her I didn’t mind holding and was happy to wait, as today was my only free day. Despite my willingness to wait, she continued to discourage me from booking an appointment and insisted I call back another day. I again let her know I didn’t mind waiting, but she still made it clear she didn’t want to assist me.

At that point, I told her I would find another dental office. I understand being short-staffed, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be expected—especially from the first point of contact. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be giving this practice another try.
