I'm so done with this place! I would not recommend this to anyone and they are so unprofessional. I came here yesterday for my appointment to get my braces removed but for some reason they told me that I have to continue wearing my braces for another month. My last appointment was completely awful because I got my fixed retainer and the person that did it didn't do a great job at glueing it and because of that, my fixed retainer broke instantly. When I called the office to see what to do they told me that the doctor said I was fine and they would remove my braces but because my fixed retainer broke due to the poor glueing, I'm still in braces.

I don't know why they couldn't just remove my braces and put back my fixed retainer. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Staniel and Dr. Kate's we phenomenal! I had been wanting to get braces for the longest time and was very excited. Immediately upon arrival the front desk were super friendly and welcoming, Dr. Kate's and his team went above and beyond.

I was thoroughly impressed with the care and attentiveness provided by him and his team, they even managed to make me laugh a few times. It felt less like an appointment and more like you were visiting a couple of friends. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids that are nervous to get braces, they will make you feel right at home! I'm 24 and getting my first start at a new smile, and I couldn't be happier with who I trusted for my care! Thank you Dr. Kate's, Staniel, and staff! You are all wonderful!
