It was founded by Dr. Jake Reynolds, DMD, MSD, who established Wake Forest Endodontics in 2011. Dr. Jake Reynolds graduated from Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine in 2004 with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
