My encounter with the staff was entirely positive. Dr. Reynolds and Melinda worked in tandem and provided a relatively comfortable and pain free (root canal) service. I am just at this hour (10 p.m.) taking medication to manage pain as a precaution because I am still without pain! Thanks to the front desk person, Melinda and Dr. Reynolds for jobs well done!!!

I did the first root canal ever, I was super nervous. Dr. Reynolds and his assistant, Staphnie was patient and gently comfort me and did a great job to complete the entire process smoothly, I even fall into sleep during the procedure. Not only Dr.

Reynold's expertise is top notch, but also the entire office service is good, including the front desk ladies are very nice and friendly. I am so glad and grateful that my first root canal experience is good and hopefully this is the last one :-) Again, big Thank You to Dr. Reynolds!

After finding out that I needed a root canal, I was referred to this practice. I have to say that Dr Reynolds and his staff ware nothing by awesome; not only professional and courteous but really made me feel beyond comfortable. They made an anxiety ridden process very easy. Would highly recommend the Wake Forest office.
