I am not usually a fan of doctor visits or any dentists. However, the front receptionist, Lina and the doctor, were friendly and attentive. I also had very little wait time. The overall appointment was pretty quick. I will definitely be coming back for more care in the future.

Panda Epidemic

Legitimate office. Obviously, not much to comment on the cleaning as it was standard and effective. But what really pushed them through the edge to receive this review was their willingness to help me with an issue I was having.

For months the left cheek of my mouth had been hurting, and although they were unable to support me directly, they were incredibly transparent and offered to send me a referral to an orthodontist. Great service.

Edit at the bottom for follow-up to this review. I've had pain while flossing my teeth in a certain spot for awhile, and ON THE DOCTOR'S recommendation, I got two fillings at this office. Was told it shouldn't hurt to chew after the fillings because it was a side filling, but lo and behold not only was it actively painful to chew on my right side for over 4 weeks, but I STILL get pain sometimes after 2 full months depending on how my mouth is feeling that day. I also have MORE pain while flossing than I did before coming here. When I went in for a follow up concerning recurring pain, I felt like I was handled like a second rate patient being forced to wait 50 minutes between the lobby and the dental chair just to be told "Well, it *shouldnt'* hurt, so just don't use it for a week straight and you'll be fine.

" Wasted my time and now I have permanent damage to my teeth because I was told I should do it. Edit: After they saw my review, the owner of the company called me directly and assured me that they would take me in ASAP and take my complaint seriously thereon, on the condition that I raise the rating of this review OR take it down. I told them I would see how the appointment went. To their credit, they took me seriously after I went back in. The doctor redid the filling entirely, but the pain persisted from the initial mess-up.

After two follow-up visits since this review was posted, I am still in pain, and this review will remain posted. The last update I have is that I requested a refund from the owner for the failed service they provided, and the owner assured me that this place doesn't do refunds for services provided, no matter how poor. I'm glad they decided to keep harassing me to take down my review, both over text and via phone call, without resolving the issue or leaving me satisfied.

I had the pleasure of visiting Pro Smiles Dental for the first time today, and I couldn't be more impressed! I was sleepy after a long work day. From the moment I walked in, Lina was on the phone but immediately greeted me and started checking me in, all while multitasking seamlessly. She was super efficient, especially since I had already completed my paperwork online, making the process smooth and quick. Lina was not only kind but also communicative and present throughout my visit. Despite choosing a busy time for my appointment, the waiting area was incredibly peaceful, which was a pleasant surprise.

I was also really touched by Shoba’s kind gesture—she offered me an add on of Fluoride to make up for a brief wait, which really touched me. It’s not every day you encounter that level of thoughtfulness! The dental assistant, Zuli, was exceptional—detailed, kind, and gentle when doing my X-rays and polish. I could tell she genuinely cared about my comfort. Dr. Sheblak came in, and I was immediately impressed by how warm and direct she was with her communication.

She made the entire process feel easy, and I appreciated how straightforward she was. Usually, dental appointments are something I dread, because they take so long and are uncomfortable, but actually & genuinely, Zuli and the Dr made it feel effortless. I’m so glad I found a dental office I don’t mind going to. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Pro Smiles Dental for making my visit so easy and enjoyable!
