So I am not the ideal patient. My teeth are in bad shape, I have a fear of dentists, and I have a lot of negative experiences of dentists looking in my mouth with disapproval. I was really nervous when I came in for my appointment, but I decided to be honest about my feelings right from the beginning. Everyone from the receptionist Nitsa to the assistant Kelly to hygienist Gabby and Dr.

Malik was so so so kind to me and always checked up on me to make sure I was okay throughout the appointment. I have been going here for a while now and really come to appreciate how positive they are. They would focus on my progress or the positive outcome I could achieve if I followed a recommendation. If you are looking for a friendly, supportive place, I would recommend coming here!

I highly recommend! My husband referred me to this dentist and I am so glad I took his recommendation. Not only is the office extremely clean but the staff there is great. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with a smile. Nitsa made check in and check out super easy and you can tell she enjoys working there. I had a cleaning with Kelly and it’s as if I have known her for years. She was very personable which made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

My second visit I met Gabby the Hygienist and she was also very friendly. Dr. Malik was very professional and had great demeanor. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice.

I started going to Promenade smiles almost 2 years ago, and I am always blown away by my experience there. They are simply put, the best. The facility is beautiful and clean, and all of the staff are so friendly. Most of the times that I go, I end up having to bring my children with me. They never seem bothered by this, and go the extra mile by keeping the kids happy and occupied while I get my teeth worked on.

At my most recent visit, Gabby did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and they were able to squeeze me back in later that afternoon for Dr. Malik and the assistant Kelly to do some work fixing some areas that needed tending to. Meanwhile Gabby and the receptionist, Nitsa kept my kids laughing and happy and assured me that I could relax and focus on my oral health, because they were in good hands. I cannot say enough good things about Promenade Smiles!

What an awesome dental practice. I switched dentists after 20+ years and I couldn’t be happier. Nitsa and Jenn greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. I arrived early and expected the normal long wait but Brian came right out to take me back and get started. Shortly after my X-rays were finished, Dr. Malik came in and took care of the rest of my exam and cleaning.

I must say, the entire team couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. The visit was so pleasant and the staff overly welcoming. I was very impressed with the office’s cleanliness and all of the modern equipment and will definitely be going back in 6 months. I highly recommend them if you’re in the greater Hillsborough area.
