I have had a great experience at this dental clinic so far , the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. I never felt so comfortable with going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office.

Absolutely terrible practice manager! I had good experiences here until today when I was told they are dismissing me as a patient because the hygienist canceled on me same day!!!!!????? They scrutinize your missed appointments and keep some kind of count no matter how many years you’ve been a patient even if someone in your family dies they don’t care!! They just want your money and will disrespect you and cut you down when you least expect it - ALL at the expense of your dental health. She was probably surprised to see I’ve written this review but I want to make clear it is well deserved! I tried to work things out with them and they didn’t work with me! So here’s my review! I want other patients to be aware of how their dental care can be compromised by their bad Practice management. They’re not perfect either now that I think about it.

Maybe I do need to find a better dentist with a better practice manager also! I am livid. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life and let down by a professional i put so much trust in and recommended to others. This is not the best dentist in charlotte Im sorry to say.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Hygienist did amazing job on my cleaning and doc was very frank and informative. No guilting or overly technical breakdowns. Straightforward and helpful. Would and have already recommended to others.

This is the best dentist I've had. They have treated me like family, they text you to let you know what insurance is to cover, what you need to be prepared for at check out. They make sure they do everything they can to work with you. They have listened to my needs, I know I am stubborn when it comes to anesthesia, and they made sure I feel comfortable.

Their attention to detail is appreciated, I don't have to return to ensure my bite feels comfortable, they always do it right the first time. I recommend Queen City Dental Arts without a hesitation. The entire team is very attentive.
