On the Saturday following the 4th of July, my spouse and I visited the dentist office. The establishment was extremely crowded, and we spent approximately 3 1/2 hours waiting. The wait time was justified, as we were aware of the potential delay due to only walk-ins on the weekend. My spouse required a tooth extraction. We were fortunate to be served by Dr. Zachary Williams. You could tell he enjoys his job.

He was personable, friendly, and efficient. Once my spouse was seated in the chair, the process was quick. The procedure, which involved numbing and pulling the tooth, took approximately 20 minutes. My spouse reported hearing a crack during the extraction, however, the doctor confirmed that it was a clean extraction and was able to remove all of the bone. We are greatly appreciative of the professionalism and compassion displayed by all staff members.
