Dr. Rau and the rest of his staff are awesome. I have no worries when going into the dentist or dental hygienist. It so easy since I work downtown right down the street but they also validate parking so don't let that stop you.

The staff is courteous and kind and it is always a pleasant experience. They also offer so many other great things like teeth whitening. They keep my teeth looking and feeling fantastic!

I never really give out a BAD review unless the service is beyond terrible. . . Going to this dental office was horrible from the quality of work I experienced, to the lack of help I received from the dentist.

I got a few fills, and my mouth was swollen/hurting for nearly two weeks. I called and it took a minute for them to call me back by the time they called, I had already helped myself. To top it off the receptionist was rude on two separate occasions, and I let it slide but that third time, I had to say something to her (which I'm sure she's a racist) and I expressed my concern to Dr. Rau at the time of my appointment (last one) which I was going back because I was/am having an issue with my fills, instead of him listening to what I was saying and helping, I was offered mouth wash.

. . Lastly, last week they had the nerve to send me a letter saying he couldn't service me after the next 30 days, as if I was ever going back! I can't make this up and it's really sad because my first appointment, I thought I had found a good place turned out to be a waste of my $400 out of pocket and whatever my insurance coverage was.

The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming whenever I am there. In addition, everyone is knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to helping me figure out my insurance. The facilities are clean and well kept and comfortable.

Every appointment has always on time and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the Doctor or hygienist. Dr Rau is easy to schedule an appointment with and ensures that you are comfortable with every procedure and takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this professional and friendly staff for your dental care!

I have been going to Dr. Rau for 6 years and have been so happy my husband and son have started going too. From cleanings to new crowns, the whole team has been great to work with. Our 3.

5 year old son had an amazing experience during his first cleaning. He was in the office with me in December and everyone remembered him and they gave him a special toothbrush. I love that this downtown practice is also family friendly!
