The experience I had yesterday blew my mind! The staff was so kind (the real kind, not the fake way people talk), the dentist was super sweet and I had a bit of a fear of another tooth extraction due to other facilities leaving me with excruciating pain afterwards. Last night AND today, I’m in virtually NO PAIN. He was gentle in the procedure and actually CARED about any concerns I had. He paid attention to me as a person and never made me feel like just another name on his schedule. I could brag all day about this office, but I’ll stop here.

If you’re in need of dental care, this place is top notch! They’ll be my dental caregivers from this point on. Thank you to all who work there. You’re amazing. Keep up the fantastic work!

I had a dental cleaning here a few months ago and made sure to confirm multiple times with the staff that the service was covered by my insurance. The person assisting me checked and assured me that it was either fully covered or that I would owe only a minimal amount. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded with the cleaning. A few weeks later, I received a bill for approximately $600. When I contacted the billing department to clarify, they dismissed my concerns and insisted that I was responsible for the full amount.

As a hardworking blue-collar individual, I simply cannot afford an unexpected expense like this. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they ignored my concerns and ultimately sent the bill to a third-party collections agency. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I find their handling of patient finances to be both incompetent and inconsiderate. Proceed with caution if you plan to receive treatment here.

Was truly impressed with Refine Dental. Very clean, super friendly staff. They made you feel very comfortable and explained everything. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist or looking for a change.
